We will stick with the same format of open forum presentations and then open networking. For the April meeting, since it is on the 13th, we thought we would turn the tables and ask for anyone that has a story about a deal that went bad and what you learned from it. I have a story involving mold that I can share but would appreciate anyone else with a story. I know anyone with more then a few deals has an unlucky story that you learned from so please share!
I will bring a laptop (Mac) and projector so anyone that wants can put their pictures, powerpoints or whatever on a USB Stick, or bring your laptop and hookup direct (HDMI hookup).
For 1st timers: This is a networking event with the duel goal of sharing knowledge. We are holding it at a community clubhouse, Alcohol is allowed so BYOB. We will bring a few appetizers and snacks but feel free to bring something you would like to share.
**** There is parking at the community center as well as on the street, please do not park in any of the residents parking places or we will lose the venue. Thanks to everyone that helped clean up and put the chairs back after last weeks meeting.

For next weeks Meetup we now have 39 RSVP's and are looking for more. We have a great format that I think everyone will enjoy so please join us on Wednesday at 7PM (see the first post for location and link to RSVP). If you have not been to a meeting recently this is the real deal, a chance to learn and network in a relaxed atmosphere.
The agenda will be:
- Review some case studies
- Meet and Mingle (BYOB)
Since Wednesday is the 13th our theam is "Deals that went Bad and What I Learned". While I have a couple of examples that I can bring, one with a happy ending, one not so much, I would really like to get some other presenters. If you have a deal that you would like to share I will have a projector and a Mac with Powerpoint/Excel. Feel free to bring a USB stick or your laptop and lets all learn a bit. Please let me know in advance if you have something to share so I can add you to the agenda.
As few reminders:
- This is a community clubhouse, and we expect parking will fill up early. When it does please DO NOT park in the residents parking spaces. There is plenty of street parking and we will loose access to the clubhouse if we create parking problems.
- The clubhouse allows alcohol so feel free to BYOB or a snack to share. No obligation but it adds to the atmosphere if we have a few things to share.
