This will be the last meeting of the year so come on out and meet your fellow investors.  Find out what is working, and what isn't, from other investors.  I will order a few pizzas and some soda, and everyone is welcome to bring their own drinks or snacks to share as well.

Last meeting we had a national wholesaler, an attorney, a note guy, a new investor building out his portfolio, a seasoned investor looking to be more passive, and several other people with unique skills or needs.  All helping a fellow investor who was looking to turn around a property with a negative cashflow, there were  some great ideas that I think will make a big difference.

-  Having trouble finding a property?  Talk to someone that just creatively sources a property in the group and ask how they source deals.

-  Thinking about doing a turn ket investment?  Ask someone who just did one and how it worked out.

-  Negative cash flow on a property?  Find someone that is doing something unique to get more rent out of their current property.

-  Want to be a more passive investor?  Ask about property management, or other ways to be  more hands off.

-  Need to get better pricing on your buy or sells?  Find an expert and strike up a conversation.

-  Looking for your first deal?  Ask someone else how they got started.
