    Hi Anson,

    I am new to the site and was just stumbled upon this meetup event. I have been looking for a good REIA group to start checking out in Denver and I happen to live right around the corner from Bicycle Cafe so I'd love to attend! However, with he 6PM start I may be a little late due to work commitments, so how long do people usually hang around?

    About me: I have been studying real estate investment for the better part of this year and actually the most recent BP Podcast episode I've made it through was yours, #34!  I have a full time job as a project engineer with a national general contractor and have been recently working on movie theater remodels managing the day to day construction activities and cost control.  In my studies I have been supplementing my day job construction experience with learning how to search for deals, analyze deals, and develop investing strategies.  What I'd like to gain out of this meetup is to learn what other investors in my area are currently doing, so I can start to refine my own investment strategy into an actionable plan.  I'm so glad I found this event listing, and I'd love to say hello to you personally and anyone else in attendance tonight.  - Clark Thornhill

    Hi Clark Thornhill and welcome to BP! Im not Anson, but I thought I'd chime in and let you know that folks generally hang around from 6:00pm to 8:30pm or so (sometimes 9:00pm). Hope you can make it!

    I'll be quite amused if tonight ends up being busy. That's not supposed to happen until January when everyone has a new years resolution to get started as a real estate investor.
