Good Morning Atlanta Area Investors!

The December 13th meeting is going to be unbelievable! Huge thanks to Stan Sugarman and Atticus LeBlanc of SL Lending (www.sllending.com) for hosting this month at one of their current renovations!

This is your chance to get inside an actual flip and ask questions about materials, expenses, financing, contracting and more. Join us on Tuesday, December 13th at noon at the following address:

93 Rockyford Rd NE

Atlanta GA 30317

Kirkwood

NOTE: This meeting is hosted in Decatur but is not specific to investing in that area. We have investors from Gwinnett, Cobb, Fulton, Dekalb, Walton, Forsyth, Clayton, Rockdale and more. The range of experiences is vast and we always have a great discussion. There are typically buy and hold landlords, vacation rental owners, fix and flippers, agents, lenders and contractors at these meetings. If you have any questions please message me directly! Feel free to share and invite others!

@Micah Redden thanks for hosting this event. This was my first meeting with REI and I learned quite

a lot about the ins and outs and ups and downs of rehabbing; and still a lot more to learn.  There's no two rehabs alike!
