This week's meeting revolves around estimating repairs for a fix and flip, or rental property. We'll talk about the tools, strategies, and resources available to the everyday person to help you get a ballpark of renovation costs. From appliances, to flooring, to landscaping, we'll talk about how to figure out what kind of a number you're dealing with when it comes to renovating your investments, and how to use that number in your analysis. 

We'll talk about the psychology of estimating repairs, and why it's so important that you become an expert of this section of the analysis.

    @James Marszalek, obviously not in your area and with the amount of snow that we have received lately was wondering if it would be possible if you would be able to capture via video and or share in a write up as to what was covered both pro/con for those of us that can't make it over the pass(?) Just a thought.  Thanks regardless and here is hoping that you have a successful turn out!

    Hey @Tony Wooldridge. That is on the docket. I've had that question quite a few times. I'm working on the infrastructure and software to make that happen. I doubt it will be in time for Wednesday, but know it is in the works. Thanks!

    I am not able to get off work in time to make it tonight =( However I am looking forward to future meetups since your office is just up the road from us (we are in orting). We are new to the REI world and are excited to soak up as much knowledge as possible. Hope you have a great evening

    Hey @Mat Spackman, no sweat, that's why we have a meeting every week! These next couple weeks are going to be pretty awesome too. Before the end of the month, we're going on a field trip to analyze a real property! Keep your eyes peeled for info!
