The January meet up is on for this Thursday the 19th!

We will be showing a few deals that are available in the market now.  If you have a deal bring it, if you are just staring out this is a great opportunity to see what some deals look like.  I will bring a few deals that are available today but will present last, if we run out of time I will skip my presentation.

Heads up- I am not a active realtor in the Phoenix market, this is not about me getting a deal or clients, it is about helping some of the new people see what a deal looks like in today's market place and some of our seasoned members add to or sell from their portfolio.

Start the year off by taking action!

    Hey guys! Here is the Google "plus code" that you can put in google maps to get the exact location with no confusion. Just copy and paste 855CG3CW+W9 into your maps app. 

    The coords are 33°31'20.3"N 111°54'14.6"W

    Thanks @Mason Aitken!  I will use that.  Not sure why people had problems - I cut and pasted the address into my browser and it come up fine.  That said this is not the first time someone had a problem so I appreciate the assist.

    Hello, Bob,  My son and I will be in Scottsdale from 2-13 to about 2-19 or 20.  Any chance your Feb. meetup will fall during those dates?  We are new to BP and RE investing so looking to learn.

    The reason for our trip is to visit my sister and her husband who manage a multi-family there in Scottsdale that is owned by my parents.  Hope to pack in as many learning opportunities as possible during our short stay.

    I'm interested in coming to the next Scottsdale/Phoenix meetup! 

    Just a brief background, I'm a student at ASU and I'm interested in real estate. I currently work for a CRE brokerage in Scottsdale and work for a residential agent doing marketing in Tempe.

    @Benjamin Kelly  Yes this is open to anyone.  This month we are going to focus on just straight networking.  I will order a few pizzas, and everyone is welcome to bring their own beer or wine.  We will have people that are investing in AZ, in their IRAs, out of state, and out of state in their IRAs.
