    This sounds great. As a person looking into investing. I am stuck at how to set up my investing correctly.   Do you guys have an endorse vendors list of CPA/Lawyers your company is working with that might be looking for new investors to help set them up correctly? That would be great. It seems like there are a lot of good people in the note invest area, but find CPA/Lawyers that have knowledge is kind of tricky. 

    Also, do you have previous calls that talk about self directed IRAs and other retirement investments? and a vendor list for them also?

      Hello and welcome to BP!  I do not really do not know anything about notes.  I am trying to diversify.  My wife has been saving money for about 25 years but all ofcit is in the stock market and she is very frugal.  How risky are they?  Who sells them?  Do they have limited terms?  Are they insured against any loss?  Do jthey typically have a minimum amount amount of money to invest?  Are they just paper or are they investments into something real?

    Your question seems to be backed by an advertisement.  If so, any advertisement is suppose to be in marketplace.  Even though it may sound like one, the attached question is good.  Thanks!

    We don't have a CPA/Lawyer list that we give out, but I can offer up some recommendations:

    Craig Zappetti at FisherBroyles LLP does great work for entity structure and he operates nationwide

    And I'd also recommend our CPA guest on this call, Chris LaSpada at D'Amato & LaSpada, LLC who is an accountant that understands the note space. He also operates nationwide.

    We've had calls in the past on the subject of SDIRA's but they aren't recorded. You may be able to find what you're looking for though on CamaPlan's website. They actually have a webinar section of the site, with a tab specifically for notes that you can find here:

    We can't necessarily recommend any IRA companies but I can give you the top three companies that our clients use: CamaPlan, Quest IRA, and Equity Trust.
