This month, we welcome Sharad Mehta, a former CPA who quit his day job and is now an experienced rental property owner and out of state investor
About Sharad:
- He currently owns a rental portfolio of 75 properties in Indiana while living in San Diego
- He has done over 350 deals, purchasing hundreds of foreclosures and doing both flips and buy and holds
- He relentlessly focuses on implementing technology and increasing the efficiency of his business to allow it to scale
- Sharad has a background as a CPA, working a day job for several years before quitting in 2011 to become a full time real estate investor
Topics Sharad will discuss:
- How to be an out of state cash flow investor and rental property purchaser
- How to create systems to increase the efficiency and automation of your business
- Case studies of deals that went well and deals that went poorly
- How to purchase foreclosed properties effectively
