Hey Guys!

Let's get together and talk Real Estate. I want to finally sit don with some local Chicago folks and see what everyone is doing in this crazy market! We'll have a few drinks and exchange best practices, hear about deals you are doing, and each put out to the group what it is that you are looking for. Best part, @Linda Weygant , REI CPA extraordinaire and investor, is flying in to meet with us all, so bring all your tax and accounting related questions.

    Hey @EVERYONE who made it out! Last night was great! We had an amazing turnout with some amazing and inspired investors. Let's plan on keeping this thing up every other Monday Night! See everyone again soon! Bring a friend next time.

    Hey @Tomas Satas, the next one is September 25 at 7pm. They are held every other Monday at 7pm. The venue for the 25th is still TBD, we may switch up the location for the next one. We will let you know.

    I'm also curious as to how much experience most people at the meetings have?
