Hey Guys!

Let's get together and talk Real Estate. I want to finally sit don with some local Chicago folks and see what everyone is doing in this crazy market! We'll have a few drinks and exchange best practices, hear about deals you are doing, and each put out to the group what it is that you are looking for. Best part, @Linda Weygant , REI CPA extraordinaire and investor, is flying in to meet with us all, so bring all your tax and accounting related questions.

    Hi All! Quick note: to reiterate we are meeting at Pitchfork 2922 W Irving Park Rd in Chicago

    At the top of this feed there is a blue button it says ATTEND EVENT please press that button. If you are bringing others and they will not be hitting that button I ask that you make a post that says something to the tune of "plus one" or "myself and three others". I like to give the businesses a heads up for what to expect (and then I try and negotiate some deals for us...any chance to negotiate I take it!)

    Thanks guys! This is going to be a great turnout and its the first of many club meetings to come!

    I can't wait to meet you all.

    @Shelly F. no I won't be able to make it Monday, my dad just passed and things are crazy right now.  When did you go over to KW?  Let's do some business together lady!  Let's grab lunch or coffee in a couple weeks when things get back to normal for me.
