Matt is amazingly knowledgeable about good and bad areas of Chicago, prices, and rental markets. I grew up here, and everything he’s said as been right on and I’ve learned a lot from him. We feel like working with Matt as our real estate agent really gives us an edge we wouldn’t otherwise have.

Matthew is diligent, responsible, respectful, and has a great knowledge of the market. He is an outstanding professional with great work ethics. I purchased a property through him and I am looking forward to our next business.
