Hi Gene, I am in Bakersfield, just joined BP a few weeks ago, and reading real-estate books to educate my self.

I have learned that networking is the key and decided to join the meetup with my wife.

@Account Closed , Sounds good, it will be good to meet you guys.  The last couple meetings we have had between 25 and 30 people.  I always go home with a few new ideas and new energy.  

We are new to real estate investing. 

I am looking forward to seeing people at the meeting.
