NOTE - OUR MEETINGS ARE USUALLY ON THE THIRD THURSDAY OF THE MONTH BUT BECAUSE THE VENUE WAS NOT AVAILABLE THE NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER MEETINGS WILL ALTER FROM THIS. PLEASE NOTE THE DATES.

Our group is a great place to meet other investors and real estate professionals for our monthly networking meetup. Please plan on ordering food and drinks from the establishment that provides us the venue.

Location: Rusty's Pizza (Laurelglen location - corner of Ming and Ashe)

The meeting room we use has a separate entrance to the left of the front door.

About our group: People in our group, network and do deals with each other, and make a lot of money! Our group is all about networking with others. If you have an interest in real estate investing, flipping, wholesaling, buy & hold rentals, building wealth, loaning your own money, partnering with others, or just want to learn from other locals, this group is for you!

We openly welcome everyone and encourage everyone from newbies to seasoned pros to attend our meetings!

Our meetings are always free. There are no speakers selling expensive training or pushing products.

    Derek Vaughn we have our meeting tonight at Rustys on Ming Gene Hacker do you have a venue lined up for the next meet ups in Nov and Dec?

    @Sanjeev Advani , yea we have the same venue but we just didn't get the 3rd Thursday.  I already created event postings here on Bigger pockets with the dates.

    Hey everyone, I just got a message from Rusty's Pizza that the meeting room we usually meet in is under repair/construction so we will be in the main dining area tonight. Same location: Rusty's Pizza, Corner of Ming and Ashe in Bakersfield. Hope to see you all tonight.
