Hey Everyone, 

Following up from a post I made in the local forum...

Let's meet up this coming Saturday for brunch in Dallas to connect and share ideas on getting our first deals in this hot market.

No selling or promoting, just meeting and sharing with fellow newcomers to the space. 

I was thinking Quarter Bar in Uptown may be a good place to meet, open to other suggestions as well, but most importantly.. let's get this going!

 Jerry, there is a pretty good group that meets up once a month at the Gingerman.  The next one is on the 12th@ 5pm.

 Thanks for the heads up Bart! I couldn't make this last one but I'll try to get to one soon. Once I get a job closer to the city it will be much easier.. looking forward to meeting!
