We've changed the DATE AND TIME  (We'll hit HAPPY HOUR) so please make note!  Bring your deals to sell, properties you're looking for, questions you have about deals, financing, the area, etc. The goal is to help each other out, share ideas, etc. 

We have investors, developers, lenders, 1031 exhange pros, real estate brokers, etc. It's a great mix of people, with a wealth of information. There's lifelong Bend residents, and us newbies that can use all their help in learning about the area.

I'd be ok pushing it to August...summers are always crazy. Day of the week doesn't matter too much to me.

    My apologies.. I'm not going to make the next meetup, as I will be going to Redding, CA for my granddaughters high school graduation. Have fun!!

    @Karen Margrave We got some feedback that the first Tuesday of the month doesn't work well because it conflicts with another investor meetup called the Bend Investor Networking Group (BING). Maybe we can do the second Tuesday or jump back to the first Thursday?

    I think going back to the first Thursday would probably be best. I don't want to get it too confusing. My hope was to find a night that we could do consistently and stick with it, as I think that's what gets best turnout. Since @Account Closed was person scheduling, maybe she can set it up again? I know some were more concerned with hitting happy hour than the day, so let's see if we can do early enough for that, but not so early that those that work can't make it ?  (Thank you Karen)  Let me know when and time, and I'll post on Events forum.

    For all of those in Bend, Sunriver, La Pine, Redmond, Sisters, Oregon area and other in Central Oregon , I know people want to change the meetup back to Thursdays. Is that correct? If we do that, it will put the next meetup on a holiday weekend, so maybe it would be best to push it to the next month, August? What are your thoughts? Please everyone please weigh in.

    I will be gone on vacation so unfortunately i wouldn't be able to make it any day this week. Am always looking forward to our meetups though, see you all in August!
