Last month we focused on developing access to capital for real estate deals. This month we are going to have another guest speaker, either my insurance agent, title company contact, or another one of my hard money lenders. I will keep you informed as we get closer to the meetup. 

Like always we will be analyzing deals that we are currently doing and giving updates on our rehabs and current projects.

    My Insurance agent will be attending and for the first 30 minutes or so he will be going over a few things to consider when it comes to obtaining insurance on a property for a flip or a buy and hold property and he will be answering any questions you may have.
