    We have a special guest for this event. Tom Tresser, author of "Chicago Is Not Broke" will come and talk to us about the city's finances, money that is hidden from us and more details about the city's inner-workings. The goal is to make Chicago taxpayers super smart about how the city really works and influence conversations about next year's budget and beyond.


    Hope to see you all at this event and of course there will be plenty of networking and $1 tacos!

     The best thing is to directly add it to your calendar. If you sign up through the FB or Meetup pages you can get it added that way too.

    @Missy Mercer - Hi Missy! Yes, the events are always the 3rd Monday of the month. They start at 7pm. We've been live streaming the events on Facebook and I can send you the link of at least the speaker content. Please join if class is ever canceled or during school breaks!
