Please join our growing and expanding network for our NYC Real Estate Investors Morning Meeting!

We will start having meetups monthly to network and discuss current real estate investing opportunities, trends, and the like.

Our goal is to hold this meetup to help real estate investors network for opportunities, investors, mastermind, discuss strategy, lean new ideas and techniques.

Two of our prior meetups that I wrote a blog post on, focused on overcoming your fears and what to do in a competitive real estate environment.

I'll be sharing a few more this week, so stay tuned!

We welcome new and experienced investors seeking to invest in real estate and/or are currently invested in real estate.

Quick and informal networking and investing while enjoy a morning coffee (and whole grain bagel with butter in my case)!

Thanks for organizing. 

I am also based in NYC and currently investing in Bethlehem and Easton. I hope to make it to the meetup on the 11th but would also be interested in weekend meetups. 

Looking forward to meeting you and the rest of the NYC / Lehigh Valley investors.

    Hope you're enjoying the holidays so far!

    A little housekeeping:

    Take a look at the two latest blog posts we prepared  discussing how to choose a real estate market and 3 key takeaways from our intro to real estate law seminar. 

    Our first seminar was a big success thanks to you! We had an interesting discussion and great real estate questions were asked during the event. So for February 2019, we're looking to have two seminar style events, so be on the lookout for this announcement.

     Happy New Year to everyone!

    Let’s start 2019 💪!

    My goal for this year is 200 apartment units! What’s it going to take to accomplish these goals? Commitment, patience, and resilience just to name a few! A goal is just that - an aim, something to conquer, a reminder to continue to strive for and achieve the seemingly impossible. What I love about real estate is that while it may seem impossible, there are many different ways to overcome the “impossible”! So set your goals, commit to them, and you will have the chance the conquer your goals!

    More on mindset at this upcoming meetup on january 11! We’ll also be giving away a 90 Days of Intention Journal to a lucky attendee, so don’t miss it!

    Hi All, thanks for asking about this upcoming meetup on Jan. 11th, 2019.

    To start off the year, we'll be having a quick goals/mindset session, followed by deal analysis of the deals YOU'RE currently analyzing, followed by networking and giveaway of the 90 Day Intention Journal.

    *To do:

    1. List your 2019 goals and place in a visible place (sticky pad, iphone, etc.).

    ->Ask yourself what mindset/skills you need to achieve these goals.

    2. Analyze a few deals and bring one deal you'd like to review with the group

    ->Bring your laptops (preferably) or copies of your deal analysis, so we can run through your analysis.

    As I heard on one the BP podcasts, "luck is the intersection of planning and opportunity!" So let's make 2019 our lucky year, through careful planning (deal analysis) and networking for opportunities (for both selling and buying)!

    Here's to creating financial wealth through real estate in 2019!

    I thought I'd share with you something that just came and is a quick task you can do in as little as 5 minutes, but you should really do it right now so you don't procrastinate (like we all do!)!

    1. Go to your BP Inbox, 

    2. Comb through some older messages your received and 

    3. Send a follow up with those people in 3 questions or less (the "3 Question email").

    This is an example of a 3 Question Email I just wrote to a person who just followed me on BP, but I haven't had any prior contact with.

    Hi {insert name},
    Thank your for the follow! What do you do in real estate? What type of deals you working on? How can I help you?
    Happy new year!

    It does not have to be a prolonged message, rather a simple and quick hi, what do you do, is sufficient to start getting to know others on BP and interested in real estate investing!  So, what are you waiting for?!? Add this to your 90 Days of Intention Journal daily or weekly. You'll be surprised as to how many conversations about real estate you can start!

    Hi Tzvi,

    I’m so happy to find this group! I’m new(ish) to the NYC area and overwhelmed with choosing a market for RE investing. I am interested in finding a first small multifamily that I can rehab and live in (househack) for a year. I am unfortunately not able to attend the Jan 11 meeting due to a conflict, but am definitely interested getting to one in February and starting to build my network! In the meantime I will be furiously listening to podcasts and webinars, reading books and blog posts. Thanks for organizing the meet up and I look forward to meeting you.

    Hi Tzvi, after these meetings, can we talk about how to look for capital. As you know I already have done 2 deals in less than 6 months but now I'm stocked because don't have enough capital for my next one.
