The first Wednesday of every month is our Utah County get together! In "honor" of the time of year, March's event will be centered around the tax implications of rental properties. We're looking forward to hearing from industry professionals about what you should know.

I think you all should do an educational piece on how to avoid lending scams. Many of the newbies are getting taken by these scams daily.

Hey everyone, we've got our next topic coming up next week. We were originally planning to talk about taxes, but as you might imagine all the CPAs are super busy with tax season. So we're thinking to push the taxes to a later date, perhaps in the late summer or fall when most people do year end tax planning. Since we'll be coming up on the rental season soon, I can teach the Apartment Association's one hour class on property management. It's a great taster of what it's like to be a landlord. What do you all think about that? I've got some terrific pictures you all are going to love...
