Hello Everyone,
I am hosting an event next month on April 24th that will connect people who live in NYC and invest in either Philadelphia or the Lehigh Valley(Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton).
2 Months ago - I hosted an event that just included people who invested in Allentown and there was 10 people who attended the event.
There are requirements to join the group
- You have at least one deal in the Lehigh Valley or Philadelphia
- You live in the NYC Tri-State Area
- You have a willingness to provide your experiences of your investments to the group.
Please do not ask to join this event if you do not have a deal in the area. The purpose of the group is so everyone can provide and receive information equally. You are invited to attend once you have a deal in the area.
I will organize this gathering every on the last Wednesday of every other month.Benefits of joining this meeting
- You are exposed to connections investing in an area that you are invested in. This will allow you to share experiences, contractors and other professionals contacts.
- You can also discuss contact information in the event you want to buy or sell to anyone else in the group.
