Hey Guys -- We've already begun to forge our conference speakers list for the BiggerPockets REI Summit 2012, but we still want your feedback. With that in mind, I've got 2 questions for you:
1 - If you could see any speaker, who would you most be interested in hearing at the conference?
2 - What topic/topics would you most be interested in learning about at the event?

I would be the most interested in learning about how others are raising money in this environment. Raising money for distressed CRE deals and SFR development would be the best topics for me.
