Tri Cities REI Group: April Meetup

Come out and join the Tri-Cities Real Estate Investors Group for our April Meetup! This meet-up will be "Success Stories" featuring local single family flipper Jesse Shelton, and yours truly, a multifamily investor.

Jesse is a flipper whose off to a killer start. When Jesse joined the group in March of 2017, he was almost through his first year of flipping. He completed 3 flips his first year. Last year, he did 17. Learn how he was able to scale, the processes he has developed, and tips and tricks to help you do the same.

I will be talking about how I acquired my first multi (4 unit) deal with only $175 out of pocket. I'm going to be talking about persistence, contracts, creative financing, and why you should (or shouldn't) do a no money down deal.

As always, after the conclusion of the speaking portion, we will have dedicated network time.
