Ever want to ask a real estate attorney, who actually owns real estate, questions without getting charged an arm and a leg for their time?  This is your chance!  This month we have a special guest speaker, Josh DiYanni, who is just that!

Josh serves small and mid-sized businesses in such areas of corporate law as formation, contracts, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and succession planning. He also specializes in corporate real estate transactions, serving builders, developers, investors, property owners and more.  And he has agreed to come, share, and take questions free of charge!

So come on Wednesday April 17th at 6pm ready to take some notes and network with other like minded investors.

This is a networking opportunity for local investors, lenders, wholesalers, and such. Have a property to sell, looking to buy, or just want to learn then come to check us out.
