This is a monthly meetup held the last Tuesday of every month. Hosted by @Joe Fairless with some help organizing from yours truly!
Presentation - Joe will interview Alex Holt, a local Cincinnati business owner and real estate investor, on his real estate experience. Alex did one of his first deals ever (a fix & flip) with an experienced commercial investor who brought money to the deal while Alex brought the hard work. Alex has also been creative on other deals, using business services in exchange for a down payment. We'll hear how he was able to accomplish all of this, and have actionable advice for our own businesses.
After the presentation, we share our progress since last month, or if you're new, introduce yourself. After that we network for the remaining time.
The $2.50 fee (plus $.84 for Eventbrite processing = $3.34) is simply for accountability. This way we cut down on people RSVP-ing and not showing up, taking away tickets for people that would have showed up (and it buys pizza for the group) :)
