Everyone is invited to the October Knoxville Multi-family Meetup!

This month we'll be meeting at the Chop House on Kingston Pike. Group member Shawn Scholem will be talking about his favorite type of multifamily investment, mobile home parks. Shawn will be discussing the advantages of mobile home parks and discussing a recent park that he just purchased.
