WHAT:    Casual Networking Meetup of local Charlotte, NC Area Real Estate Investors

WHO:     Investors of all levels and experience

WHEN:   Tuesday February 4th @ 7pm - (1st Tuesday of Every Month)

WHERE:  Resident Culture Brewing Company, 2101 Central Ave Charlotte, North Carolina 28205

Come enjoy a beer, share what you are doing or hoping to do, and learn from other investors in the Charlotte area! Everyone is welcome and encouraged to come out to meet other local investors. It will be an informal get together with good beer and like-minded investors of all stages.

There are often other groups at the brewery so look for a small "Reserved" sign at the end of a table to help identify the group. Our tables are often just left of the door coming from the parking lot.

PARKING: there is some parking right at the brewery, but it can fill up. There is an additional overflow parking lot just a few doors down Central Ave. at Landis Ave.

Hey Everyone - This will be my first event and looking forward to meeting with other Charlotte investors.  I'm just beginning my journey to buying an investment property and really just want to chat with seasoned vets and other newbies to figure out the best way to get started.

I really want to understand where in the Charlotte area makes the most sense for a first time investment or if it makes sense to look outside the beltway (485).

    @Chris T. Woo hoo! I will be there. I'm looking to really pick the brain of an experienced investor about topics related to acquisition, funding, managing cash flow during a renovation, the importance of different aspects of a reno. What areas are hot spots for rentals or flipping. How to handle competition. Design ideas. Property management. Technology for REI's. Cap rates, COC, alternative financing...everything.

    Hi this will be my first BP networking event and like so many I am excited to learn all I can as well as create new valuable and lasting connections.

    My personal goals for this Meetup are:

    - To find an investor friendly realtor to assist me in finding my first property.

    - To connect with an experienced investor or investors and enter into a mutually beneficial mentorship.

    I look forward to seeing everyone there!

    Hi All!  My wife and I will be attending. This will be our first BP event and we look forward to meeting and networking with everyone.  We have a lot of questions, but to list a few of the things we're hoping to learn more about:

    Are there are still pockets of value to be found in the broader Charlotte area?

    Experiences others have had investing outside Charlotte proper (Concord, Kannapolis, Gastonia, etc..)

    Investor friendly realtor recommendations to help us to buy our first property in Charlotte.

    Hey all! I am looking forward to attending my first BP networking event to hear other's thoughts in REI in the Charlotte area. Having relocated here about a year and half ago, I'd like to get a feel of good areas for SFR or multi-unit rentals in and around Charlotte. Looking forward to it!

    Just a quick reminder for all those that have signed up (and those that haven't).  The next Charlotte area Networking meetup is tomorrow night (Tues. Feb. 4th @ 7pm).

    Hi everyone! This will be my first meetup and I'm really looking forward to it. I'm new to REI and in the process of learning a lot - reading books, listening to podcasts, researching properties, learning how to analyze properties, driving for $$, etc.
    I know networking is a large part of this so I'm excited to meet other newbies and hopefully some seasoned investors to continue learning and growing.
