Hello everyone,

We are going to start meeting again monthly on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7:30pm at 3048 E. Baseline Rd. Ste. 107, Mesa, AZ 85204.

Our next meetup will be June 17th. We are going to limit the total attendance to 10-20 people depending on what the state recommends at that time. For those either out of state, or who would just like to attend virtually, here is the Zoom link to be able to attend virtually.

We will be talking about how to prepare yourselves financially to invest in real estate and go through some of our most recent deals and how we got them, ran the numbers, got bank financing, and turned them into cash flowing properties. You will definitely want to attend this event.

    I know this is kind of late notice, but due to the uptake in coronavirus cases in Arizona, I am requesting that those of you who come to the office to wear masks and refrain from shaking hands.
