Last month we held our first hybrid in-person/virtual event and according to the feedback it was a great success. We focused on the acquisition and stabilization of a 6-plex multi-family property we purchased in Florence, Arizona. We purchased it for 320k, put 40k into rehabbing the units, increased rents, and increased the value to 725k.
This meetup we will be going into the numbers of a 16-unit mobile home park we are purchasing in Superior, Arizona. The plan is add a unit to the park, increase rents, and then force appreciation to 600k or more and then refinance the park and cash flow 3k a month. We are going to go into the details of this deal as well as talk about some of the other deals we are currently doing.
