Last month we gave you an update on the new mobile home park we purchased in Superior, Arizona and how we are getting it ready to refinance. We will give you an update on that process and an update on the property I purchased with my daughter.

We also recently closed on a 12-plex in Tucson and are in the middle of purchasing another mobile home park and possibly one more. We will go over the numbers on those properties and our plans to refinance them.
