Last month we shared about the appraisal that came in from the new mobile home park in Superior, Arizona, that came in at 645k after we purchased it for 355k and put in some money for repairs, increased rents, added a unit and filled a few vacancies.
This meetup we will be going over our recent single family purchases in Coolidge, and Casa Grande. We will be going over the details on how we do a BRRRR or a BRRRLO property.
