Hi fellow BPers- the next Tucson Multifamily and BRRRR online event will be Nov. 5th at 6 pm. It is my pleasure to welcome one of the Premier multifamily brokers here in Tucson- Mr. Allan Mendelsberg with Picor/Marcus and Millichap. We will talk about what's happening in the multifamily market here in Tucson and also how to best present yourself to brokers and what to say to be taken seriously. And he may be willing to give us insight into some new deals coming on the market- you never know. Allan is truly a great guy and of course a great professional in the industry. This ought to be another good one. Hope you all can join us.

    Due to a previously scheduled engagement Allan has informed me that he will need to postpone until our meetup on December 3rd. So Allan Mendelsberg will not be our next speaker for Nov. 5th.  I will reschedule him for Dec. 3rd.  I do apologize to everyone for any inconvenience this causes.  I will announce our next speaker for Nov. 5th below. Thank you.

    Please welcome Daniela Muhammad, our next speaker for the Nov. 5th meetup event. She is the owner of First Choice Real Estate Investments with a focus on wholesaling and flipping houses in the Phoenix area. She is also involved in property development and more recently is focused on new construction throughout the Phoenix metro area. For all of us involved in BRRRR and flipping this will be a awesome one to attend.
