Hi fellow BPers- the next Tucson Multifamily and BRRRR online event will be Nov. 5th at 6 pm. It is my pleasure to welcome one of the Premier multifamily brokers here in Tucson- Mr. Allan Mendelsberg with Picor/Marcus and Millichap. We will talk about what's happening in the multifamily market here in Tucson and also how to best present yourself to brokers and what to say to be taken seriously. And he may be willing to give us insight into some new deals coming on the market- you never know. Allan is truly a great guy and of course a great professional in the industry.
