Attention investors from Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Caroline and King George, a brand-new real estate investing book club for our area is forming.

I want to invite you to be part of it.

Charlie Tremendous Jones once said, “You will be the same person in five years as you are today except for the people you meet and the books you read.” I hope you will meet some great people and enjoy some enlightening books as part of this group that will help you on your investing journey!

Here are the details.

---We will meet once a month to discuss a Real Estate Investment book or related business book (depending on how long the book is we might spread it over two meetings). Our first book is The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller.

---We will meet virtually using Zoom.

---Meetings will last an hour. For those that want to stay there will be an additional half-hour for networking.

---Our first meeting will be Monday, Feb. 22nd at 7:30PM
