Hi Everyone,

Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat! Have you heard of BRRRR? What is it and why is it so important? How can I execute this powerful strategy? The Almost Friends RE Group would like to invite you to a great discussion of BRRRR presented by our very own, Dustin Blackmon and Manaia Alalamua.

We will be having our Monthly discussion and Networking at:
Hops and Hounds
13838 Jones Maltsberger Rd, San Antonio, TX 78247

Dustin Blackmon is a rehabber and RE investor, working primarily in the Cibolo & New Braunfels area. He and his wife Cathleen, a mortgage broker herself, purchases homes for renovation-to-sell (flips) or renovation-to-rent. Manaia Alalamua is a rehabber and RE investor as well, focusing primarily in the San Antonio area. He has worked in the construction and appraisal industries in Hawaii, and is now expanding his portfolio here in San Antonio. Please respond to this event if you can make it. Hope to see everyone there!!!

@Richard A Young is there any way that the start time could be a little later than 5:30? It’s super hard to get there by then with work ending at 5:00 and rush hour traffic.
