Pints & Properties is a real estate investors meetup to collaborate over beers, share knowledge, and network with like-minded people. This started in North Carolina and is now spreading throughout the United States.
We bring in community members who are crushing it to speak on topics ranging from deal strategy, creative financing, how to build your team and where to find off-market properties.
We will typically have 1 guest speaker. No sales pitch, just a lot of learning. After the guest speakers there will be plenty of time to network, drink some beers and talk real estate!
