Short-term rentals for sale in Jacksonville area

I was wondering if there were any good companies/realtors to work with in buying a short-term rental in the Jacksonville area. I've checked out evolve, but they don't appear to have the best reputation. Vacasa seems to have some property's, but seems more like just a general MLS listing site than dealing directly with current STR's. Any leads/direction would be greatly appreciated!

Hey @Joe Bob, you wouldn't want to use Evolve or Vacasa for the purchase. Too much baggage IMHO.

Find a good agent who invests and go from there.
