Is there an Airbnb Superhost who would like to work with one of my friends in an Airbnb Arbitrage model? My friend is willing to bear the initial upfront cost (i.e. 1st month's rent + deposit + furniture/furnishings) And the Superhost/Co-host will be responsible for managing operations such as listing, pricing, guest communication and coordination with the cleaners etc. It will ideally be a profit-sharing model.
