How to do a title search to see loans, liens, etc?

Hello,

How can I do a title search on a property in CO to see if there are any loans or liens on it?  Is there a free way to do it?  Is there a service I can pay for to do it?

Any title company can do it, prelim search or O&E reports (no longer free, I think they are $5 each though).
