Hello,
How can I do a title search on a property in CO to see if there are any loans or liens on it? Is there a free way to do it? Is there a service I can pay for to do it?

There is a fantastic website/app from First American Title - myfirstam. you just need a First American Title sales rep, which is just a call to the office. You can look up any property in the States and see all of what you asked for and more, for free. Some county sites are better than others with their reporting.

Some Counties require that you come to there offices and pull reports there, as they limit the kinds of data you can get online. Los Angeles County is paranoid on this.
