I reached out to a couple of realtors I found on Realtor.com, but never heard back. Anyone have some recommendations on realtors I should reach out to? Looking mostly for Stamford, Black Rock/Bridgeport, West Haven, East Haven and Shelton CT. PMS welcomed as always.

Hi @Mike A. feel free to reach out anytime. We are currently in the process of closing on a number of multis in Fairfield county and like Rick has stated we do also have a few multis in inventory. If you want to interview around, my company has a specific Multi Family Division here in CT. We closed over 500 units just in Hartford alone last year and we have a large reach in the New Haven County area and the rest of the state as well.
