Hi Everyone
Can someone tell me if there is a REIA in the Leesburg area of Lake county, Florida? I am relatively new to RE investing and would like to join up with a group of individual with the same interest as mine in Real Estate investing. I have been unsuccessful so far. I live in Leesburg and have invested I 3 properties so far but would like to acquire more as well as do some flips along the way.
I just became a member if CFRI about 2 months ago. The main meeting is in Orlando but they have a Lake County chapter that meets in Clermont on the 2nd Wed. of every month. Both are good meetings to network. I am a realtor with Keller Williams and live in The Villages so if you could use my services please let me know.
I just emailed the coordinator for CFRI Lake County chapter and confirmed the 6/8 meeting at the Clermont Holiday Inn Express. I believe that she told me that the first meeting was free for non-members, then $10 afterwards. I'm planning to go, my first meeting as well, so hopefully see you there.
