Hello Fellow BPers,
I am looking at doing my first RE investment in a rental property in Indiana via a co-investing model. It's 50/50 partnership with the firm that will be buying, rehabbing and and finally renting out the property while I will be passively participating/investing with capital. I need to get some of the documents (agreement and note) vetted by an RE attorney. Can someone pleas recommend some names of individuals /firms that I could work with and rely on ? I would really appreciate it.
You didn't mention where in Indiana you're doing business. If it's Northwest Indiana, I can recommend an attorney. If it's down by Indianapolis, I can't help you. Good luck.
I second (or third) Jynell. She's one of my attorneys and I've been very pleased with her pricing structure and ability to forecast potential issues in contracts that I didn't consider. She was a great addition to my team.
