Selling a package of properties. Can be purchased individually or as a package. (mls# 201947249, 201947236, 201947237, 201947241, 201947242). What do you find is best? Selling them individually or as a package? Would a year free property management paid for the new owner be a large incentive to buy? looking for input. Thanks ahead of time.

Your seller had excepted my offer in writing to my agent on these properties all he needed to do is sign the paperwork. We gave him 48 hours to do so, after 49 hours you request 48 more hours!! I backed off the deal when you requested more time assuming you had other buyers and I wanted none of that. Did you even send my offer to your seller?

@simeon. It was presented to the seller yes. The extension was signed by seller as proof of presentation. Feel free to represent if you would like to. Need ample time to respond. Seller not local and out of office on holiday so will need time to respond. Thank you for the consideration. Respectfully, Tammie
