Selling a package of properties. Can be purchased individually or as a package. (mls# 201947249, 201947236, 201947237, 201947241, 201947242). What do you find is best?  Selling them individually or as a package? Would a year free property management paid for the new owner be a large incentive to buy? looking for input.  Thanks ahead of time.
