Experienced investor looking to connect with a real estate agent in the Atlantic City Area and I would greatly appreciate recommendations. I also accept direct messages.

What I am looking for in an Agent

1. Ability to set me up with a daily email alert with new listings to the MLS + price adjustments
2. Ability to recommend me contractors(roofers, plumbers, electricians, etc)
3. Ability to provide comps for properties that I am interested in.
4. Knowledge about the area

What I will provide to the agent

1. I will not ask you to lowball on a bunch of houses
2. I am okay with you sending the listing agent a informal offer to save time from having to draft a full contract
3. You will get a client who is an experienced investor. As such I won't need you to walk me through the process.
