Tertiary Market of Ohio
I'm looking to get started in multifamily with few partners in Cincinnati Ohio. We're looking at a 40+ in Moraine, OH. I really don't know how to ask questions on BP now without getting flagged...LOL! Are there any other investors in the Moraine area that knows about property tax reassessment? The owner is willing to sell the LCC as 1 measure but there another way like transferring the properties between LLCs that won't trigger a reassessment? If this works, how long will it halt the reassessment? Thanks.
