I'm planning for my 1st luxury airbnb rental as part of my 2021 real estate goals. What areas do you see are really successful for short-term luxury rentals? If you own airbnb rentals that are booked for over $200/night, please connect w/ me. I've already purchased a lot of chairs, side tables, writing tables, and 12 mirrors from the historic Waldorf Hotel Auctions in MA.

I don't own an Airbnb property but was highly considering airbnbing my home. It is a duplex in Grandview Heights, Ohio. (Columbus area). 3bd 1bath. Very close to a college campus and I heard that they book very quickly around football season. I think in regards to luxury rentals, it possibly seems like you'd be looking at purchasing a SFH.

In Columbus right now you do need a short term permit to operate an Airbnb.

hope that helps!
