Does anybody have suggestions on how to find find off market
properties? Any ideas on a service that will provide me owner names,
addresses, and phone numbers? I am looking to pick up a 10-30 unit apartment building in the next 3 months, but having trouble finding properties for sale.

I would be calling all property rental companies in the area asking if any of their owners are looking to liquidate. Call on "For Rent" stuff in the area to track down anyone who is sick of their property.
