Portland & Salem, OR Property Manager Recommendations?

Can any Oregon folks recommend a strong property manager who would manage triplex properties in both the Portland and Salem, OR markets? Have two properties we are considering moving under management and would prefer a single management company for both if possible.

    I can highly recommend Kurt Lane. He is very knowledgeable of the market and the current laws and strong in managing single and multi-family.
