Looking to invest in South Carolina

Hey everyone, I'm looking to invest in South Carolina , but I'm having a problem locating an agent to help me with creating an auto search.

No particular area needed. I want to trigger a search when any "listed "property is found 80% under the average square footage cost of properties "sold" within the past 90 days.

    Do a Zillow search for top agents, reach out, that should do the trick.
