I hope everyone is having a productive day. I’m searching for a Title Company / Closing Attorney in Nashville, TN that has experience with assignments of contracts. If there’s any local wholesalers who can provide a personal references and/or reviews will be highly appreciated.

I believe Advantage Title on Murfreesboro Pike can help.

If your working with an agent I’d recommend Rudy Title or whoever your agent prefers.
