Anyone use NBKC Bank before? Feel like I was misled
Has anyone used NBKC as their lender? On Nov 17, a guy from NBKC said I would get a rate "around 4%". I asked him if that was with points and he said no. He gave me a fee worksheet on Nov 20 and the worksheet said 4.375%. Today I'm going through the loan documents to digitally sign and it has 1% of points on there and a rate of 4.375%.
I asked about this and was told "Our system had 4.375% saved and based off of today’s exact rates it costs 1% to get that rate... Or we could do 4.75%, charge nothing..."
Can the rates change that fast?
I found NBKC Bank through Costco and their also part of the Biggerpockets Pro Member Perks.
