Hello! I just moved to the Richmond area. I was wondering if there we're any meet ups in the area with a group of motivated individuals who were interested in Real Estate!
@James Mbualungu yup check out Chesterfield REIA, Richmond RING, and Todd Miller's Wholesaling Meetup. They should all be on Meetup, if not check out Facebook. I've heard good things about Petersburg/Colonial Heights REIA but haven't been. Any questions feel free to shoot me a message
Hey James, welcome to RVA! There are a few meet-ups that can be found on Meetup.com in the area. Less officially, a few of us from the BP Rookies FB page hooked up and have started meeting on the 2nd Thursday of every month, for fun, accountability, idea sharing, networking, etc.

@James Mbualungu sure thing! Our next meetup is scheduled for Oct. 14, location is TBD. We're thinking about connecting a bit and playing the Cash Flow board game!
We are going to postpone this week's meet-up and reschedule for Thursday March 10 at 6:00pm at Brambly Park in Scott's Addition. Hope to see some new faces then!

I am not going to be able to make it tonight due to some changes with unforeseen work requirements, but please let me know when the next meetup is and I will attend that one!
